PROJECT OBJECTIVE

To create mixed use development with retail on the first floor and a large office on the second story.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project adds on to the existing retail destination on Broadway. Extending the retail onto Union street, the building enhances the street activity and provides character reminiscent of the past industrial town to the new developing downtown. Ravatt Albrecht designed the project and will complete construction in the near future.
