PROJECT OBJECTIVE

Develop medium density live/work housing with street-side small business offices in semi-private courtyards.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ravatt Albrecht & Associates designed five 1,616 sq. ft., three-story live/work condominium townhomes with the busy professional in mind.

Work included designing spaces where live and work function side-by-side, yet flexibility offers the opportunity for the two spaces to be easily made private from one another.

The result is a project that includes business offices with semi-private entrances at street level, living quarters in the two stories above, and parking behind.
