The site is master planned to enhance the surrounding communities and established walkable neighborhoods close to retail and public transportation.  The landscape areas are designed around natural habitats.

The project is phased to develop a rich mix of housing for all income strata:  62 Single Family Homes, 65 Townhouses, 147 Condominiums, and 22 Apartments.

The result is a community that incorporates porch neighborhoods and places emphasis on recreation and society. Multi-family workforce housing makes up twenty five percent of the housing; the public central park consists of a 9,000 sq. ft. recreation building and 18,000 sq. ft. of retail commercial at the gateway to the community.
