PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ravatt Albrecht & Associates provide programming, design, and construction administration for this new 19,000 sq. ft. Court Clerk Office Building with the addition/remodel of 4,500 sq. ft. infill Public Defender and District Attorney Building.

Work included the construction of the addition to the existing Public Defender Offices which provided a physical link between two separate office areas - improving work efficiency and creating a designated point-of-contact for the public. Project services also required that the design team develop programming and alternate scenario studies for functional budgetary limitations.

The result is a permanent new facility for the County of Santa Barbara to serve its public.
